Promoting Vietnamese-European knowledge and technology transfer
A seminar on Vietnamese-European knowledge and technology transfer took place at the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, in Hanoi, on September 11. The event is a part of the Vietnamese – European Knowledge and Technology Transfer Consortium (VETEC) project network development chain – under the Erasmus + Key Action 2 programme funded by the European Commission, aiming to form and develop the technology and knowledge transfer network between universities in Vietnam and Europe with agencies and businesses in Vietnam.
Participants focused on discussions on a number of topics such as: government policy on knowledge and technology transfer; models of innovation and start-ups in Vietnam; the connection between enterprises and schools in transferring technology; Cultural changes and challenges in innovation at universities and businesses.
