Vietnam to strictly handle corruption, negativities in land management
Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh yesterday (5/9) signed Decision No.115/NQ-CP to launch the Government’s action program for Resolution No.39/2021/QH15, released by the National Assembly on November 13, 2021 about national land use planning in the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050 as well as the national 5-year land use plan from 2021-2025.
Accordingly, the Government asks that related ministries and state agencies to develop their own action plans to complete the land law system synchronously in order to improve the efficiency of land use and management. State revenues from land resources must be regulated for more logical distribution among regions in the country to create equal development.
