General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President Nguyen Phu Trong on February 27 held talks with US President Donald Trump, who is in Hanoi for the second DPRK-USA summit. The two leaders discussed various concerned regional and international issues, including those in South China Sea.
